Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

To collect your Candle please choose e-voucher as the delivery option. An email copy will be sent to you or the recipient of your choice, then please bring the voucher to the hotel and present it to one of our team members at Reception. You can print the voucher or show the QR code on your phone.

*This voucher is available to be used to redeem toward a candle only. It has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is non-exchangeable.

**The voucher is valid until Jan 31st 2025. The candle/voucher can be returned up to this date only as long as the packaging has not been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
